Tracy uses a professional diagnostic reading assessment called the Qualitative Reading Inventory (QRI). Reading Specialists use the QRI to determine areas of strengths and weaknesses. Once the areas of weakness are pinpointed, Tracy designs a personalized learning plan specifically targeting the areas in which your child needs tutoring. A follow-up assessment is completed once every three months to measure growth and to determine if any adjustments need to be made to your child’s individualized learning plan. Students can close the reading gap and catch-up a complete grade level within 8 to 12 hours of instruction with Tracy. This can vary with different children; however, students have been able achieve this measurable result. Your child’s confidence will soar, their frustration level will go down, and you’ll see your child smile as they overcome obstacles and begin to excel academically.
